I have a couple of damaged spots on my Old Town canoe. The green thinner outer layer is split open. No damage to the white hard material under that. What is the best and simplest repair I can make? I’ve posted a picture of the worst spot.
I’d try to get everything back as flat as I could by heating with a heat gun and then press a cold piece flat metal against it to set it, then some sort of epoxy made for plastic;
