I’ve read on newspapers online that it’s hard to book a flight to Barcelona during peak seasons because most regular vacationers are booking in advance. Does this mean that if we are on a tight budget we better fly to Barcelona during off holidays? Are the rates in barcellona appartamenti lower than peak seasons? I would appreciate your help guys. Thanks.
