Helmets, life jackets, sun glasses and skirts are just a few of the fabulous door prizes that will be given away at this year’s paddling festival. Also, we have a couple of boats to be given away. The Jackson Kayak company has been very generous by donating a Rock-Star and Bay City Marina in Bay City, Wisconsin (across the Mississippi from Red Wing) have supplied the festival with a Perception Swifty. The drawing for the kayaks and other prizes will be in the Gas Light Bar Saturday evening around seven o’clock.
A $10 “registration donation” to the Kettle River Paddle Festival gets you access to all event activities including; the downriver race and the whitewater rodeo, Surly beer tasting, camping in Robinson park, a raffle ticket for the door prizes including the Jackson Rock Star and much more.
