Help with starting in canoeing needed

There was an idea to start with canoeing but without proper preparation it can be very deadly, so coach/instructor that will teach basics and show how to use canoe to not die easily in it 🙂 The problem is with finding a teacher over the internet. Even sport sites (for example this: https://zoptamo.com ) do not show anyone that can train in caoneing. Anyone can help with this search or recommend some instructors?

I had a real adventure two years ago hiking and canoeing on appalachian trail: tenres.com. Since then I recommend this place even though you will definitely need a guy and you need to be well-prepared overall. But nothing comes close to testing your craft against such untouched power of nature.
