The “Best Practice” when choosing a campsite in Woodland Caribou is to select from the park’s campsite inventory map. In this way, you are sure to not impact on a sensitive values, values not always visible or known to our visitors. Creating new campsites or camping “willy nilly” is not encouraged. Park regulations are in place to address this. Despite wild fires and other natural event that set us back in our efforts, we continue to work toward the completion of an online tool that will offer great details on each available site and become an ultimate planning reference.
