Designed for all paddlers, our rendition marries this historical design with our proven composite construction techniques to produce a modernized classic that the original designers could never have imagined. Built exclusively in a Kevlar® construction, our Wee Lassie is an effortless carry to and from the waters edge. Easy to maneuver, the Wee Lassie is a joy to paddle while exploring small lakes and ponds.
Sweetheart is user-friendly and requires almost no paddling skills -- a distinct aft keel section, in combination with a gentle bow rise, makes the Sweetheart track straight. Sweetheart measures 12.5 feet and weighs only 29 pounds in Kevlar/Graphite, meaning you can take it almost anywhere. Use it for fishing, photography, nature watching...
The Mohawk Viper 12 has excellent primary stability as well as good secondary stability. However, the Mohawk Viper 12’s edge (sharper, less curvaceous chine) can catch cross currents and eddies and flip the paddler who has not mastered riding the edge.
It’s the boat that most entry level paddlers can start out with and yet never grow out of. The Mohawk Probe 13’s 28″ beam at the 4″ waterline makes it quick to accelerate off the line. The flair at the center section gives the Mohawk Probe 13 a tremendous amount of secondary stability that loyal Mohawk Probe paddlers love. The Mohawk Probe 13, like other Mohawk Probes, has a symmetrical rocker. This feature makes ferrying, eddy turns and peel outs in the Mohawk Probe 13 reassuringly predictable.
Solo Double-End Canoe
The Seneka is lightweight and maneuverable, and is available in either solo or tandem (tandem shown). A great choice for day tripping, bird watching, photography, and recreational paddling. With it’s graceful, elegant lines the Seneka is also an excellent display model for homes, lodges, restaurants and stores.
The traditional double ended Golden Hawk canoe is great for fishing, hunting, or any canoeing activity you want to enjoy.
The first solo model offered by Esquif, the Vertige is lively and responsive. Its carrying capacity makes it a logical choice for solo canoe camping. This confidence-inspiring hull is a good learning platform for novices and provides intermediates with the speed and stability necessary for white water wilderness trips.
Designed as the ultimate freestyle canoe, this small, solo, lightweight model is not for the inexperienced paddler. With a round bottom hull shape and 2.5" of rocker this canoe is a lively and responsive paddle. If freestyle paddling or just a good playful aerobic workout is what you’re looking for, the Twister will fulfill that role perfectly. Also available in fiberglass, Kevlar and Carbon fiber.
the 13 ft. Old Town Next canoe incorporates both canoe and kayak characteristics to deliver a fun, easy and natural solo paddling experience.
Same softer and higher bilge as the Widgeon. Our smallest guide solo designed for smaller paddlers or light loads.
Softer and higher bilge curves for those who prefer a 15 footer with a little less width, we now offer a stretched version of the Widgeon. A little less to reach over, less volume than the Goldeneye.
Designed for those looking for easy paddling in a relatively lightweight, cost-effective, low-maintenance boat. This hybrid solo canoe merges the best virtues of both canoe and kayak. While the hull and gunwales mirror that of a typical canoe, the unique seating system speaks to its kayak inspiration. Bridging the gap between a small, easy-portaging pack canoe and a solo hull, the Serenade is stable, comfortable, easy to paddle and cost-effective, providing an option for paddlers who prefer to go solo.
