Canadian Highway 105 leads through Ear Falls and ends at Red Lake—two of the last outposts canoeists can reach by car before going to Woodland Caribou or Opasquia Provincial Parks. Ear Falls is a smaller town on the shores of the English River. Further up the road, Red Lake is a bit larger and the region’s predominant commercial district.
