Shipping

How will orders be shipped?
Canoeing.com Limited uses the US Postal service to ship all hat orders.

What are the shipping costs?
The cost of shipping is included in the price of each order.

When are orders shipped? 
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order, Monday-Friday. If the items you ordered happen to be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped? 
Canoeing.com Limited ships all of its orders from its headquarters in Minnesota.

Standard Shipping Times:
   Contiguous US.................2-3 days
   Alaska and Hawaii............5-6 days
   Canada..........................7-10 days



Canadian Orders

Canoeing.com Limited will gladly ship orders to Canada.

Will I have to pay duty on my order?

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped?
Canoeing.com Limited ships all of its orders from its headquarters in Minnesota and normal shipping time is 7-10 days to Canada (depending on international customs).



International Orders

Unfortunately, Canoeing.com Limited is not able to ship orders outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.



Returns & Exchanges

Return/Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

For orders older than 30 days please contact orders@canoeing.com for return authorization.
